We don't just haul it away โ we rescue it. Less than 10% of everything CapeWide Green touches ends up in a landfill. The rest gets recycled, repurposed, or donated to families and organizations right here on Cape Cod.
That's not a marketing line โ it's the operating standard we've held since 2012. It takes more work on our end. Sorting, coordinating with charities, finding new homes for old things. But that's the goal we set, and the passion with which we approach every single job. Other Cape companies have tried to copy this model. There's only one original.
Where It Goes
Furniture, clothes, housewares, and working appliances go directly to local Cape Cod charities, churches, and organizations. Families in need get real use out of what you no longer need.
Metals, electronics, cardboard, glass, plastics โ sorted and sent to proper recycling facilities. We keep it out of the waste stream the right way, not just the easy way.
Materials and items with second-life potential โ salvaged wood, vintage pieces, reusable fixtures โ get a new chapter instead of a dumpster ending.
Only what truly cannot be saved โ contaminated materials, genuine waste โ goes to the landfill. Under 10% of total volume. That's our standard and our promise.
What We Take
From a single old couch to a full estate cleanout โ we handle it all. The list below covers the most common items. When in doubt, just call us and ask.
Ballpark Pricing
Junk removal pricing depends on volume, weight, item type, and access. The ranges below are honest ballparks. You'll always get a real number before we start loading.
Ask about discounts for veterans, regular accounts, and off-season scheduling.
We don't just drop donations at the curb and call it green. We have active relationships with local organizations who depend on usable goods to serve Cape Cod families in need.
When you book with CapeWide Green, your old couch might end up in a family's living room. Your old appliances might keep food cold for someone who needed exactly that. That's what Earth-First actually means.
